Elastomer Couplings (Claw Couplings)
ENEMAC elastomer couplings are plug-in compensating couplings for backlash-free, angle-accurate transmission of torques in direct drives. They transmit torques from 0.7 Nm to 2,000 Nm and are suitable for speeds up to 35,000 rpm. The polyurethane elastomer star, available in different Shore hardnesses, has a vibration-damping and electrically insulating effect.
Various designs are available for shaft connection: clamping hubs, conical bushings, half-shell hubs, spreader cone systems, and inexpensive threaded pins. These variants allow flexible adaptation to different shaft geometries and mounting requirements.
ENEMAC elastomer couplings are used successfully in many industries, including automation and robotics, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace, and the textile industry.
