ENEMAC mechanical clamping elements provide clamping forces of up to 250 kN while requiring only low tightening torques thanks to their integrated force amplification mechanism. Their self-locking design ensures permanently secure clamping connections even under severe dynamic loads and vibration. High-temperature versions are suitable for operating temperatures of up to 400 °C, making them ideal for applications in steel production, foundries, furnace technology and other heavy industrial processes.
For high-performance drive systems, ENEMAC disc couplings transmit torques of up to 65,000 Nm with absolute zero backlash and high torsional rigidity. They reliably compensate for shaft misalignment, operate wear-free and maintenance-free, and are ideally suited for main drives in rolling mills, crushers, mills, large conveyor systems, test rigs and other applications subjected to continuous heavy-duty operation.
ENEMAC elastomer couplings combine precise torque transmission with effective vibration and shock damping. Their electrically insulating design protects bearings and drive components against harmful stray electrical currents, minimizes resonance and reduces peak loads. With operating speeds of up to 35,000 min⁻¹, they are ideally suited for pumps, compressors, blowers, conveyor systems and a wide range of industrial drive applications.

Multi-plate couplings (disc couplings) are form-fitting shaft connections for the backlash-free transmission of torques of up to 65,000 Nm in direct drives. The high-strength disc packs made of stainless steel make it possible to compensate for axial, lateral and angular shaft misalignments. The double-cardanic design can also bridge shaft distances of up to 3 metres and can therefore be used as a distance coupling.
